Product Description

Calcium carbonate powder is a compound, the chemical formula is CaCO3, it is alkaline, basically insoluble in water, soluble in acid.  

Heavy calcium carbonate is made by mechanically crushing natural calcite, marble, chalk and shells.

Light calcium carbonate is also called precipitated calcium carbonate, colloidal calcium carbonate or activated calcium carbonate. 

- Used as filler for paint, it can whiten, increase in capacity for products and improve gloss for paint, save cost for manufacturer.
